My Dynamic Sauna had power supply/distribution failure. We are original owners and used this unit for more than 5 years. The cause is not well understand, most likely aging. Through the online search I found a website. Submit request for information - replacement part. Later, I got a reply email with clarification questions, asking for a picture of the power supply. After proving picture, I got email with the link where to order the part. Although it came up not cheap, that was the lowest price I could find on line. Well it worth it.

After installing new power supply, putting all things back together, the unit is up and running, working as expected. Hopefully it would last longer than original part. Everything is back to normal. Thanks to support team from Dynamic Sauna.
