Overall this is a great sauna and I am using it frequently. It heats up to 130 F in about 30 min and the chromotherapy lighting system is very nice. Easy to use and maintain.
My only negative feedback would be the tempered glass door needs to be "slammed" shut to close and the door doesn't close all the way on the bottom which keeps my feet cold. Not sure if this is due to my installation or a design flaw but it's worth mentioning.
The delivery was great and I appreciate that the wood pallet is long and narrow vs. the standard pallet, which males it hard to dismantle/ recycle.
Lastly, there is a large piece of plywood (39" x 73"), which was used to secure the sauna during transportation, and it's hard to recycle or get rid off without power tools to cut into smaller pieces. If you live in an apartment/ condo, this may be a challenge.
