Easy to put together with 2 people in less than an hour. Heats up quickly and gets nice and hot. Looks really good and I'm pleased with it overall. Only issue was the bench. It seems to be warped. There are 2 screws that go in the back of the seat, but the bench doesn't lay flat. Makes more sense to have screws in the front and back, or both sides. Hopefully this is an easy fix.

Love the sauna

I am very happy with this purchase. It was well packaged for shipment with everything being secured together with plenty of padding on a single pallet. I live on a cul-de-sac which I knew the delivery truck could not negotiate so I picked it up at the freight terminal with my trailer. My wife and I unpacked the pallet while on the trailer and carried the individual sections into the house and upstairs to the 2nd floor. The front panel with the glass was the heaviest piece and the hardest to carry. The panels were precisely made and went together with no problem. The sauna works well and is exactly as we expected.

This is a great infrared sauna, delivery was fast and kept me updated and informative on what to expect. The driver was friendly and delivered the pallet to the location I wanted in my driveway.
Set up was straighforward and easy. I have been using this sauna now every day and it's just wonderful! This was a great purchase at a good price.
