We are loving our new sauna. It does take longer than we anticipated for it to heat up - we only use it at 120 degrees but have found just preheating for 20 minutes and then sitting in there is still plenty hot even if it's not at 120 yet. The assembly was fast; it would have been faster had we understood that the box with the instructions was within the spa top, and we had to remove the top panels to get to it. Somewhere I had read that there would be a small box in the shipment with the instructions, so we ended up going back through the recycling looking for it. But even with all that, it was assembled in just over an hour. To do it again, maybe 30 minutes.

It is easy to assemble.
They were unable to deliver to my house since I live on a narrow steep hill. I met a delivery driver that loaded it into my pickup bed.
It does take two people to put the sauna together.
We use the sauna every night before bed and couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Easy set up. Great product. Make sure you talk to an electrician before install though. No big issues but does require 20 amp 120 v service.

I am absolutely undoubtedly 100% satisfied with this product. Do not listen to anybody online. That says do not buy a sauna from Costco. I am not a robot. I have plenty of common sense. This is a great value.

This is a great sauna. I wouldnt put 3 people in it but 2 fit fine!
