Replaced the old unit and the sauna works great. The product support was excellent.

The unit arrived faster than expected and without any extra duty or tariff charges, which was a pleasant surprise. Installation was straightforward since it was a direct replacement for the original power supply.

The only issue I encountered was that the power cord is heavier and the plug has been upgraded to a 20-amp configuration, which does not fit a standard 15-amp outlet. An adapter was required to use the new unit. The electrical load remains the same as before, as nothing else in the system changed.

Once installed, the unit has functioned flawlessly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this replacement—it saved me from having to replace the entire sauna, which I greatly appreciate.

With so many different models to choose from and no model designation retained by owner after about 10 years of use, the rep was able to guide me to the correct diagnosis of the model and the problem I was having and able to direct me to the correct power supply for my sauna. Fairly priced and shipped promptly in sturdy double cardboard packabing the supply arrived in good condition and with good mounting instructions, even though the plug ins were well marked on the unit and easily identified and connected o the sauna a plugs. This has been an excellent, curative, and enjoyable sauna over the years and highly recommended to anyone wanting a quality product.

Communications were excellent, customer service was responsive and fast. The techs were helpful while on the phone and assisted with trouble shooting.

The new power panel was shipped and received quickly. Purchasing a sauna through Golden Design was the right move. By the way, my sauna is 11 years old and still works well. It’s comforting to know Golden Design still supports their older models.
