Install went as expected. But I’ve noticed it does not behave or function like the original. The Beep tone is very quiet compared to the original. I’m ok with this.

The biggest complaint is that the thermostat is very erratic. If I set it to 125 degrees. It will peak over 132 and drop to as low as 122. The original would hold the temp to a closer range.

And finally, the new unit seems to hold some memory or retention. The original is have to hit power, heat, and lights. Butwith the new one, after the first time. I only need to hit the Power and Heat, the Light automatically comes on with power.

All in all, I’m happy with exception to the wide thermostat range as +/- 7 degrees from the set temp is a huge swing. Almost 15 degrees total.

Surprisingly easy to install, just had to unscrew the mount and unplug all the old cables, then plug everything back into the new power supply. Worked immediately. Thank you for making the swap easy!

Replaced the old unit and the sauna works great. The product support was excellent.
