Perfect replacement for our sauna. Quick delivery!

Called Dynamic Saunas and advised of a no power issue with my sauna. Staff quickly advised a new power supply was needed. Sent in a few pics of the power supply box and was advised the proper replacement part. Ordered the part and was installed with in a week of ordering. Thank You Dynamic Saunas

I was devastated when my sauna stopped working especially since my doctor told me to use it at least twice a week to rid my body of excess barium. I went on the sauna’s website and saw to my amazement a customer service number which I called immediately. A human answered immediately and she was so helpful, explaining that it was probably the power box that burned out. She directed me to the website to order a replacement part and walked me through the whole process. We were traveling so she helped arrange for a delayed delivery so it would arrive when we were home. It came that very day and my husband was able to swap out the old one with the new, wire by wire. Took less than 30 mins and I was able to turn it on and have been using it since!

When I called I spoke to Kim, she was extremely helpful and walked me through some steps to narrow down what was wrong with my sauna. She recommended a power supply box and gave me the product model number and it works beautifully now. She kept in touch through email and was prompt responding and I highly recommend.
