My sauna is 7yrs old. Went to turn it on and it would not work. I contacted the company and the next day I was contacted by the service department. They ask for some pictures and I sent them to them. The next day they told me what I needed and where to get it and the price. I could not have asked for better service. Wish everything I bought had service like this.
