Power supply went out after 7 years. Great customer support. They diagnosed the problem over the phone after I sent them photos, then sent me the proper replacement. Installation was easy.

I ordered this power supply for the second time. The first one was replaced under warranty and now this replacement part went bad after many years. I know things don't last forever, but I think the company should stand behind their product, especially considering this happened before. The part is working great, unitl it does not a couple of years down the road. I expected more from this company. They made me pay for this part. It appears to be a problem for other users.
