Excellent Customer Support

I purchased my sauna in 2015. After 10 year of nearly daily use, it finally quit working. I contacted Customer Support and they responded promptly and provided assistance with troubleshooting and identifying the issue and recommended the correct replacement part, which arrived promptly and was easy to install.
