It works like it's supposed to, but it seems to run louder than the original power supply box and it doesn't seem to cleanly disconnect from the sound system. What concern me most is that it only has a year warranty.

The service and knowledge to assist me in repairing my saunas was great. My only reason for not giving the extra star is with having to order through their manufacturer in the USA and with a price conversion, was very expensive. It would have been a much easier pull to swallow if the parts were distributed Within Canada and more reasonable. This leaves me with not moving forward with another costly repair and maybe looking at another sauna distributor within Canada.

Very helpful in troubleshooting the problem, and the recommended product fixed the problem.
