Ease of replacement was sooooo easy. I did have some difficulty finding the mount screws but then is was in place, tested, and good to go after about 10 minutes.

I paid for a new Power Supply and was sold a used one. Not impressed.

Buying the new power panel I needed from dynamic saunas was the smartest thing I could’ve done. It arrived quickly and communication with the company was excellent. I didn’t have to hire an electrician to install the part. I was guided every step of the way. I live in Canada and the part arrived quickly and was packaged well. My sauna works like new again. A different company had told me that I would need new touchpads as well, but dynamic sauna didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again if needed for my sauna.
