Pleasant experience. I sent the pictures of my sauna and they sent me direct link of what to buy.
After 1 month everything is working perfectly. Using sauna every day.

After ten years my sauna was showing signs of age which meant it was not heating as it should. After contacting Dynamic Saunas I was asked to supply some information about the unit. With that they were able to ship the correct replacemnt part which I received in good order. Replacemnt was simple enough, removing the connectors and re-connecting the new part. Repair was succesful and I now have a working sauna again.
