We had a “brown out” which unfortunately fried our control panel. The support team helped resolve our problem and it was easy to install and get working once again. So from this date forward we will “unplug” our sauna after each use in order to avoid, power flashes and brown outs….
The control panel is expensive in my opinion but it back to life once again.
