I'm an electrician who was hired to fix a sauna that stopped working after a severe power surge from a storm damaged the power supply. I thought I found the correct replacement, but when I tried to order it, someone from Dynamic Saunas Direct/Golden Designs emailed me to confirm that I was ordering the correct part.

It turns out that I was NOT ordering the right part, and after sending in some pictures of the unit, I was directed to order a different power supply unit.

Then, a severe snowstorm affected shipping, they reached out to me immediately to keep me informed of the delay. Excellent response time, communication, and attention to detail from everyone involved at this company.

The installation was easy and successful. Thanks to the team, I avoided ordering an expensive and incorrect part.
