My infared sauna control box quit working unexpectedly. The company was able to find me a replacement quickly after I provided pictures and a description of my sauna which was not a model they sell. They were always prompt and courteous in my communication with them. The new control box was easily installed and worked great. I would be happy to do business with them again.

The item purchase works very well, but it’s the second I had to purchase within two years because the first worked for a year and a week. I think there should be a discount instead of paying 350+ dollars every year and a half. Again, the actual part works very well.

I was skeptical when I ordered the power supply that it would fix my 10 year old sauna. But it did! Great technical help and fantastic product. So thankful to be able to use the sauna again.
