Dies every 3 years?

Glad to find a source to replace the power supply on my sauna, but I question the manufacturing quality if I need to replace these every 3 years with minimal use (1-3 times per week for 45 minutes).

Hi Jay.  We are very sorry to hear of this issue.  Although we are not sure your specific area is susceptible to neighborhood power outages, but this can cause damages to the power supply.  We do recommend unplugging the sauna after each use in case there are power surges, especially after the power is returned to a neighborhood after a power outage.  We do very much appreciate your patience.
