Greetings! I installed my new power supply for my sauna yesterday and upon completion of the installation it powered up perfectly. I was able to take my first sauna in about 6 weeks ... woo-hoo!!! The temperature held evenly, and the CD player works again. I would like to extend a special thank you to Erica K. for her assistance helping me trouble-shoot my problem and assisting me choosing the correct power supply for my sauna. Best wishes, Paul

it works!!!! the product is good. it is the shipping that sucks because the company does not ship to Guam. i have to send it to my friend in LA who later shipped it to me. that is so inconvenient. Guam is a Territory of the USA.
