Part Replacement

Sauna stopped working, went through the trouble shooting before contacting directly. Customer Service was closed, but I sent an email, got a reply right away with a link to purchase what I needed. Easy Peasy, out with the old and in with the new, sauna is back, all is well.

We had a “brown out” which unfortunately fried our control panel. The support team helped resolve our problem and it was easy to install and get working once again. So from this date forward we will “unplug” our sauna after each use in order to avoid, power flashes and brown outs….
The control panel is expensive in my opinion but it back to life once again.
