I am so impressed with this unit. The delivery went so smoothly for me, granted not every area of the world will have the same delivery guy I did, Costco agents were kind & considerate about making sure drop off went well. Now, a word to the wise. I watched a 4-5 minute video on YouTube to prepare for installation, which made my putting sauna together so easy, it took me and a friend 25 minutes to put together; because my unit went against a wall I put the back against wall, lined up the base, attached the front to base & as I held it, my friend lined up/attached the sides, & then harnessed the back to sides. So simple! I was a bit apprehensive about buying this only because of more expensive models(Radiant Health & Clearlight) boasting lower emf & the price point seemed too good to be true, well, diagnostics dont appear or feel to be high. The unit reaches 140-45 degrees Fahrenheit no problem & only takes about 35 minutes, but I will admit this beast really digs deepI have been keeping it @135 & I can feel my internal mechanism/core reacting greatly. I am 6 1 & 160 lbs. (not big) but I feel this 2 person unit is spacious -2 of us fit easily- yet so efficient with use of space in my home.
To ice the cake, Im not sure all will, buuuut my Santiago came with chromatherapy/colored lights. The remote can be tricky to newcomers so Im going to save you some time. You must turn on the reading light from inside the unit & then when you use the provided remote you can access the color therapy :)
So very happy with my purchase! Stop wasting time & start detoxing!
